New Rules for EPCs

EPC rules are changing as at 6 April 2017.  Every property requires an EPC BEFORE it is advertised and it has to be a minimum of ‘E’ rating.  Please ensure that your property has an EPC – if not contact us to arrange one.  These are valid for 10 years.  If you do not have an EPC, we cannot advertise it and you will be liable for a fine of up to £500
